Our products are made from the wood material stated on each individual product page. Selected products are made from solid walnut wood, while other designs may use different wood species or finishes.

Personalized, custom-sized, made-to-order, used, installed, or damaged-after-delivery products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived defective or materially different from the order.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
